Job Profile Summary:The Workday Reporting Specialist leads our HR Analytics function and is responsible for all work activities associated with the design, build, test, and deployment of Workday reports, including management of the review and sign off process with Workday Functional Leads and business subject matter experts (SMEs).Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain new reports, metrics and queries to support analytical and business needs.• Have experience with data visualization design and development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment).• Driving workday data visualization and reporting outcomes (reports, dashboards).• Researching new reporting / data visualization capabilities on Workday roadmap, and assess value for business users.• Articulating the value proposition of technology capabilities and map them to organization requirements to minimize incremental cost of development.• Informing stakeholders of key customer issues, identifies potential problems or conflicts and resolves them when necessary.• Have expert level knowledge and experience with Workday reporting tools• Overview of the different type of existing report (advanced, matrix, composite, Nbox, trended) and different type of calculated fields.• Knowledge in scheduling, security configuration, migration of reports.• Visual oriented, using graph and all the options given by Workday.• Deliver trainings on Reporting and documents. *Bug Fixing, Issue Resolution."• Develops reports related to on-going and ad hoc requests for workforce data.• Advanced Excel, dashboards, scorecards, Charts, Pivots, Formulas.• Good Understanding on Workday functionality on Core HCM, Security Configurations and Business process configurations.• Managing the HR Analytics & Reporting intake queue.• Creating report visualizations in Visier (current analytics application).• Analyzing the data and providing insights to stakeholders to make educated, data-driven business decisions.• Following and maintaining adherance to the report change management process.Knowledge• Workday HRIS• 4-6 years experience with report writing and analytics.Skills:• Workday• Visier• Smartsheet• MS OfficeExperienceTypically requires 4-6 years or more of data analysis experience required. Previous Human Resources experience helpful.
