Network Security Engineer (Azure Firewall And Palo Alto) Work Location: Remote / Bangalore/ GurgaonSkillset Required:  Azure Firewall is must. Candidate should have experience working on Cloud Network security. Exposure of Palo Alto or Aviatrix Hands on experience on firewalls, switches, load balancers, intrusion detection systems, and web application firewallsPlease do not apply if you do not have experience on Azure firewall.Experience level: 3 to 8yrs Job Requirements: Resolve or escalate level-appropriate technical issues for customers in accordance with team playbook guidelines via phone and ticketing Secure, administer, and improve customer networks, including firewalls, switches, load balancers, intrusion detection systems, and web application firewalls DNS Management. Should have sound knowledge in Cloud native, Cloud native firewall, networking and infrastructure, n/w components of cloud architecture, cloud native load balancers Troubleshoot monitoring alerts and create tickets accordingly Escalate support requests according to escalation procedures Palo Alto Cloud firewall. Perform incident management identification, assist in managing and escalation. Ensure adherence to customer & SLA commitments Monitor ticket response times and take appropriate actions to ensure team response time targets are met Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships Collaborate and share knowledge with other administrators on the support floor Provide Fanatical Experience to customers in all the above Should have good experience in Palo Alto, Aviatrix, Azure Firewall cloud networking and cloud architecture Should be Well Versed with networking technology like routing, VPN Setup Should be comfortable working with customers’ networking team Should have fair experience in VMware, networking components in VMware environmenAbout Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
