We are never done.Drive the definition of a compelling vision and roadmap for multiple pillars/projects across Team Enterprise Data CenterPartner across engineering teams to take on group-wide projectsCollaborate across partners and organizationsInfluence and inspire technical teams by setting an example of engineering excellence in design, architecture, code, and development practicesEnsure that our team's design and code systems that are testable, maintainable, reliable, secure, and scalableMentor and coach engineers and engineering managersBe a trusted advisor and peer to heads of engineering within Team Enterprise and across the companyUncover future needs and challenges while also digging into our current and most important engineering delivery challenges

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

• Appropriate knowledge of software architectures, design patterns and optimization techniques

• Passion for software engineering excellence and providing leadership guidance, coaching, and mentorship
• Experience recognizing, raising, and reconciling gaps and redundant efforts across organizations
• Ability to drive clear technical decisions, using your trusted individual technical contributors, and inspiring engineers to follow your lead and collaborating across multiple engineering teams and leaders
