To help our teams work together effectively, this remote role requires you to be located in the United States.
Your future teamWorking with peer leaders across the experienced and campus recruiting functions, reporting to the Head of Enablement, this position will lead a well-established globally distributed team across APAC, EMEA, USA and India to ensure we are building the foundational and operational best practices to assure key stakeholders receive the highest level of partnership.Key to the success of this role will be building on the existing relationships with functional Talent Acquisition leaders to assure the Candidate Experience team is in lockstep with critical strategies aligned to our continued growth at Atlassian. You will foster a culture of evolution as the team navigates through a period of both significant growth and a stronger alignment to operational refinement as a globally aligned team.
What you'll do:
- Partner with senior leadership to assure you are aligning your team's resources accordingly
- Continue to foster a culture of growth and development for the existing and new leaders and team members
- Drive for operational efficiency and experience by transforming the scheduling capability, with regional and functional nuances
- Achieve success by improving internal and external experience with a focus on process and team optimization.
Your background:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with staffing, scheduling or candidate experience
- Experience driving operational change and improvements
- Background in strategy, process optimization, transformation and scheduling efficiency
- Success with people leadership and leading leaders
- Passion for leading a highly engaged team who is focused on delivering scalable experience
