Execution Lead

We are looking for an Execution lead in the delivery team, who will be responsible for leading our Tribe's squads and agile release trains to assure effectiveness, on time, scope, and quality execution and delivery. You should have a great passion for Agile and its values, Planning, Delivering, and execution. You will serve as the glue and motivator for all the execution participants  Your teamThe Delivery team is facilitating and executing the plans. As our new Execution Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work with Product Lead and Engineering lead in the Tribe to distribute the workload and epics between the squads in the most efficient way 
• Organizes the tribe's ATRs according to the product's priority and program needs.  
• Oversee all the tribe's execution plans, ensures all tribe's deliverables are on time, scope, and quality 
• Lead the Agile Officers/coaches in the squads 
• Aggregate the Squads execution KPIs and provide the Tribe Execution KPIs 
• Lead the (Grand) Execution ceremonies:  
• Execution Dailies (Scrum of scrums)  
• Tribe meetings (sync between squads) on the release train  
• Tribe retrospectives 
• Responsible for Execution alignment with other Tribes  
• Assist the Product Lead on the Tribe’s product backlog 
• Assist the Engineering Lead on the release and deployment of the “big blocks”  
• Take an important role in the Trio Management forum of the tribe

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• B.Sc in engineering 
• 7+ years as Agile Lead / Scrum Master / Program Manager in Agile framework 
• Strong Execution and details orientation with a strong sense of accountability  
• A collaborator and master in and synchronization a large number of stakeholders  
• Ability to lead and orchestrate large and complex programs 
• Strong Project Management methodologies 
• Experienced in the development, quality assurance, integration, or any technical aspect in the Product Life Cycle 

Even better if you have:

• Technical understanding of video, video transcoding, OTT and video playback video encoding, DRM, Video Playback 
• Vast Experienced in Jira 
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery experience 
• Experience with AWS 
• PMI and/or PSM certificate
