Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Atlassian is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for our Enterprise clients. You will play an important part in supporting the adoption and use of Atlassian products, and will provide an important feedback loop into product and sales teams so we can continue to improve and refine our offerings.Your future teamOur Sales Support team is comprised of diverse people with backgrounds in Customer Support. We Ensure to collaborate well, flexible to manage high-volume demands and be mindful of details, to provide the best customer service for our Enterprise Customers.You will be reporting to a Sales Support Manager and you will be based in the Philippines (on-site or remote). Our team supports our global Enterprise Customers and you will manage our EMEA-based clients, working between 2:00pm to 11:00pm.

What you'll do:

    • Use your strong background in B2B or B2C customer service to provide billing, quoting, and licensing support for our internal sales team and external customers.
    • Demonstrate customer support skills to delight your customers.
    • Learn new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for Enterprise customers.
    • Work with a geographically dispersed team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience, including Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance.
    • Able to adjust on the fly and always aim to live the value of "Don't #@!% the customer."

Your background:

    • Background providing B2B or B2C customer and sales support through multiple channels, including direct and indirect sales.
    • Customer service experience with empathy, use of positive language, attentiveness, and listening.
    • Experience creating quotes and supporting an end-to-end order management process.
    • Ability to convey technical issues in non-technical terms.
    • The capability to shift from one function to another with relative ease and proficiency
    • Salesforce and NetSuite experience.
    • High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel.
    • You have demonstrated talent at inspiring change from customer feedback

It would be great if you have:

    • Familiarity and experienced Atlassian's suite of products
    • Experience in the enterprise software industry
    • Strong understanding for software billing and licensing
