This means reliability is built into our processes, systems, tools, and attitude. We live and breathe reliability.We're looking for a passionate Engineering Manager(s) to lead a team of developers in Ankara. You'll be part of a growing team, crafting our next generation of infrastructure and delivering value to our customers through creative improvements to our product. You'll work closely with our design and product management teams to influence the direction of the product and plan the steps to get there. You'll be responsible for building effective teams, empowering them to achieve their goals, and putting those goals into broader context. Your greatest responsibility will be looking after the individuals reporting to you, coaching and supporting them in their professional development, unlocking their potential, and challenging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel.More about you

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Experience leading a development team in (at least) a technical capacity
• Managing and coaching team members skills and career growth
• Ability to keep teams focussed through uncertainty
• Ability to drive technical excellence, pushing innovation and quality
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to work with dependent teams and align on shared goals
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (with proficient English)
• Ability to work well in a team, have a positive attitude, patience, and humility

We would prefer you to have:

• Employee performance & growth management
• Experience with large scale distributed systems
• Experience with microservices
• A passion for applying DevOps concepts (CI/CD, etc.) to improve the delivery process of software
• Experience developing and operating applications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar public cloud providers
