Cyber and Information Security Officer

We are looking for an ambitious Cyber and Information Security Officer to join our growing Cyber and Information Security Team in our Headquarters, in Athens. Reporting to the Information Security Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance activities such as:

• Facilitate the continuous development, implementation and update of security policies, procedures and standards, applying best practices, standards and frameworks;
• Conduct ICT & Security Risk Assessments to identify discrepancies, provide recommendations and design security controls;
• Research, identify, and analyze possible information security risks and vulnerabilities with the potential for significant impact on the Group;
• Conduct compliance assessments against the applicable legal and regulatory requirements or industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301);
• Evaluate organizational and technical security controls in the lifecycle of services, solutions and processes;
• Support internal and external audits, technology and compliance information security assessments;
• Absorb and promote the information security strategy of the Group to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets;
• Monitor metrics to ensure alignment of Information Security Management Framework;
• Facilitate the design and implementation of the information security awareness program;
• Remain up-to-date on emerging threats and evolving security mechanisms and technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated Information Security experience;
• Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Information security-related fields;
• Proficient written and verbal use of English language (Level C2);
• Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 lead implementor/auditor, Microsoft Security certifications) will be considered a plus;
• Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical business owners.
