We are looking for developers who ship constantly while maintaining healthy engineering discipline by following best practices and patterns. In this role you will be expected to contribute and lead project design efforts; understand third-party systems for integration opportunities and deliver well-architected solutions at scale. You will write automated tests for everything you build. Rackspace practices a DevOps model, so you will have an active hand in operational health of our production systems, while leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies for Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities-          Influence the technical direction for our systems and solutions-          Leverage peers to deliver technical advancements allowing efficient development-          Collaborate with highly experienced developers and product managers daily-          Work with and understand the latest concepts in cloud technology-          Deliver product features for our Microsoft 365 product line-          Write clean, maintainable code using engineer best practices such as unit tests. -          Provide Fanatical Support for our production systems by fixing bugs and triaging alerts.-          Mentor junior-level software developers     QualificationsEven if we are focused on Microsoft technologies, we value your experience with different stacks. We’re looking for highly passionate individuals who are willing to implement solutions based on the latest cloud technology. If you have not worked with a cloud provider, don’t worry, we’ll help you in your learning path.
