You won’t regret it.The Agile Project Coordinator supports tasks related to multiple areas of project management and involves monitoring project plans, schedules, change orders, and product orders, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. You will work individually and collaborate across teams to keep projects organized, improve workflow, and make the Project Manager and Engineers more effective and efficient on projects.
- Define clear project deliverables and assign to the appropriate team members.
- Lead effective weekly cadence calls, document discussion points, decisions, and follow-up action items and share with team members.
- Manage all aspects of assigned PSE board to ensure targeted Service team utilization benchmarks and client project/service order target completion dates
- Proactively review and monitor the PSE Agile board and email alerts to ensure timely and accurate client follow-up and resolution, proper process, and profitability.
- Process change orders and coordinate adjustments to all project elements, tasks, and deadlines.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain engineer team schedule, optimize change outcomes, and advise Project Manager of schedule status.
- Provide support to Project Managers during development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
- Prioritize and negotiate assignment of resources on project and professional service engagements.
- Work closely with Service team for resource scheduling and to resolve disputed items or client concerns.
- Work closely with Purchasing and Inside Sales teams to track product orders for installation. Regularly review open Agile PSE and follow up on outstanding items.
- Communicate project progress and milestones to internal stakeholders.
- Complete project closure checklist such as verifying final deliverable, coordinating closure meeting, and ensure project documents are received and properly filed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
