Agile Coach

We are looking for an Agile Coach for our delivery team. In this position, you will facilitate the squad's workflow, and be responsible for keeping all the squads' deliverables on time, scope, and quality.  Your teamThe Delivery team is facilitating and executing the plans. As our new Agile Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate and coach the Agile process in the squad, assuring the team members understand them fully. 
• Take responsibility for and host all agile ceremonies: dailies, retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint demos 
• Assist the Product Owner of the squad on the product backlog, new requests, and its grooming 
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles to make sure to reduce any inhibitors for the progress of the team and any dependencies 
• Assure the "zero integration, zero handovers" policy 
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration 
• Facilitate the deployment process of the squad 
• Collect data on Squad execution KPIs (for the Execution Lead) 
• Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint 
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and better velocity - strive for improvement 

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• Strong Agile background and experience 
• 3+ years as Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile framework 
• Experience with Jira 
• Leadership skills - servant with coaching and teaching approach 
• Experience in the development, quality assurance, integration, or any technical aspect in the Product Life Cycle
• Strong Execution and detail orientation with a strong sense of accountability  
• Strong collaboration and synchronization abilities  
• Ability to lead and orchestrate teams in matrix management style 

Even better if you have:

• Technical understanding of video, video transcoding, OTT, and video playback 
• Experience in Jira 
• B.Sc in Engineering 
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery experience 
• Experience with AWS 
• PSM certificate
