Job Profile SummaryResponsible for leading, managing and motivating a team of Enterprise sales professionals into achieving and exceeding business and personal goals. Responsible for growing and managing the team and meeting targets based on sales growth and the company’s sales growth plans. Key Responsibilities• Maintain a high energy, motivational and high-performance sales environment• Meet and/exceed monthly sales revenue quota and headcount plan.• Responsible for accurate sales forecasting and team KPI’s• Hiring, scaling revenue growth, interaction and engagement with other critical parts of the organization.• Hold regular 1:1 with direct reports• Effectively manage staff performance issues• Manage deal clinics and own large deal bids• Timely Resolution of all New Business-related issues internal and external.• Need to establish effective communication channels with other teams and managers.• Participate in regular sales meetings.• Submit weekly progress reports & participate in quarterly kick-offs.• Facilitate regular account targeting meetings as well as specific account Strategy calls in early stages of a sales cycle.• Effective management of own time.• MRR and ACV - Quarterly and Monthly targeting• Forecasting Accuracy Knowledge• Invaluable knowledge of company's products/services, pricing practices, and selling skills.• Effective management skills with ability to manage a major portion of the company's sales operations.• Has a strong services and solution selling background • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.• Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.• Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.• Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations.• Ability to coach and motivate less experienced team members to achieve their goals.• Ability to establish a long term vision and execute it.• A demonstrated ability to think globally and address issues locally while motivating a team to act with speed, commitment, and consistency.• Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.• Ability to provide FANATICAL support.• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales• management preferred.• Requires 15 or more years of product sales experience with five or more years in sales management.The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the New York City Pay Transparency Act. This applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado or in New York City. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and New York City applicants for this role is $ 218,400 - $349,200 for CO and $ 231,600 - $ 370,200 for NYC. Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance, and may change at any time.
