QA Engineer

As a QA engineer, you will work in a squad/scrum team and will be responsible for the product quality (Quality gatekeeper). To achieve that you will take responsibility for creating tests/test plans, debugging, writing documentation, running tests, etc. Your teamThe R&D group is responsible for building and delivering the enablement platform for the current and next generation of media experiences in the fields of personalization, content interaction, and social interaction, all of which are at the core of DAZN's value proposition.Key parts of the workflow are: ingestion, transcoding of various video and audio live/VOD assets, personalized processing, and distribution across the world to end-users, while allowing collaboration among users, all in real-time. As our new QA Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to

• Perform progression & regression tests and ensure the quality of our product 
• Be a quality gatekeeper 
• Establish new creative ways to monitor quality 
• Manage, define and ensure effective planning, writing, and execution of test plans for both manual and automated tests 
• Build and maintain bugs backlog 
• Establish and own an effective QA process that fits best for the product’s needs 
• Keep engagement up with a high-speed development process and ongoing deliveries 
• Take part in design reviews to spot issues early on 

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• At least 5 years experience in Client/Server testing as a QA engineer  
• A “can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to take initiative and work independently 
• Ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitations or enterprise needs 
• Fast learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly 
• Experience in Agile framework  
• Experience with Jira / Confluence / Xray 
• Experience with CI/CD environment  
• Experience with API testing 
• Experience in B2C product testing 
• UX orientation 

Even better if you have:

• Experience with Cloud platforms services (AWS, GCP) 
• Experience with Selenium 
• Experience with scripting language and/or programming language (Python, Bash
