Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.JOB DESCRIPTION Member of Atlassian’s IT team, responsible for working across all domains in IT (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support), partnering with other architects and developers by recommending platform strategies and designing solutions that involve leveraging intelligent integration platforms.  Analyze user needs and develop solutions to ensure IT Automation Platforms are planned and designed for scale and operational excellence. Utilize knowledge of Computer Science to design solutions that extend Atlassian products through marketplace apps, forge plugins or via 2nd/3rd party integrations. Develop and build frameworks and patterns that make it intuitive for other teams to know when to use which platform. Lead and influence the Intelligent Automation product roadmaps using technical feedback for feature requests and product improvements. Conduct Proof of Concept to vet out new technology and ideas. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field of study.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:Five (5) years of architecture experience with impact, dependency and risk assessment, end-to-end integrated software application architecture development with microservices and API management platform that aligns with API design standards, patterns and best practices, technical platform evaluations and enablement including hyperautomation platforms (iPaaS, low/no code, BPM, RPA) including five (5) years of experience with competing technologies such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Pega BPM/RPA, UiPath; development of platform selection framework, technical and business stakeholder communication for identification and prioritization of architecture tasks, long term architecture strategy planning and roadmap definition, architecture peer reviews to enforce technical and quality standards, supporting certifications in public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:    Must pass technical interview.OFFERED WAGE: $183,310.00 to $293,750.00 per year#LI-DNIOur perks & benefitsAtlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
