At Atlassian, a Talent Management Operations Specialist is a versatile individual who can analyze and overcome challenges.We're on the look-out for hard-working, detail-oriented people who has a, who'll be looking after several HR processes such as HRIS Data Management, onboarding & off-boarding and contracts administration.In this role, you will be reporting to the People Operations Team Lead based in Philippines.

What you'll do

• Manage HRIS Data
• Respond, track and close employee queries in a timely manner
• Onboard and offboard of employees
• Assist in document administration
• Manage contracts for contingent workers

Your background

• Have completed a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
• Have excellent verbal and written English skills
• Have an experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)
• Are experienced supporting global teams
• Are experienced working with HR Systems preferably Workday
• Are passionate about getting the job done correctly
• Have an experience using Workday
