Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the customer success team to understand client requirements and tailor deployments to meet specific needs.
Manage and maintain internal lab environments, including setting up test environments, replicating customer issues, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to provide feedback and insights from deployment experiences.
Develop and maintain deployment documentation, including installation guides, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
Train internal engineers and clients on Virtru product deployment and configuration, both in-person and remotely.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers during the deployment and integration phases, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and insights from deployment experiences to inform product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Active security clearance preferred, such as a Top Secret clearance or equivalent.
Experience as a Deployment Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successful software deployments and integrations.
Proficiency in SharePoint administration, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience deploying software applications in enterprise environments, preferably in cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Exposure to C++ programming is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate both internal engineers and external clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
