The Field Marketing Specialist III designs, develops, and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services, or market sector. Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a sector. Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams. Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.Work location: Remote in the U.S.A.Candidates who reside within 40 miles of our San Antonio office will work in a hybrid location: work from home three days a week and in the office two days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Other Incidental tasks related to the job, as necessary.
- Translates account-based sales objectives (both opportunity-based and relationship-based) to the demand and event marketing teams and partners to create the actionable cross-portfolio integrated go-to-market (GTM) marketing plans, strategies, programs, tailored messaging, and content that support driving pipeline and acceleration for targeted accounts and contacts.
- Manages day-to-day requirements to land demand generation and locally created marketing programs and readiness with sales.
- Drives market intelligence readiness, in partnership with segment marketing, for sales.
- Facilitates ongoing account check-ins with field sellers to ensure account goals remain on track and support forecast requirements, managing correction of errors and adjusting plans as necessary to support bookings.
- Monitors and reports results of programs and non-digital direct marketing activities.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the field of role required.
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with working closely with Sales
Physical Demands
- May require long periods of sitting and viewing a computer monitor.
- General office environment: No special physical demands required.
Travel
- Occasional domestic/international travel, less than 50%
